Boulevard Pet Hospital

I brought my dog to Boulevard Pet Hospital yesterday and had a really positive experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly cared about animals. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all my questions thoroughly, and treated my dog with genuine kindness and patience. Dr. Olsen was especially great—knowledgeable, calm, and not pushy with unnecessary tests or treatments. The clinic was clean, organized, and didn’t keep us waiting long, which I really appreciated.

I was very impressed when I went in this afternoon with my dog. Not only was the staff incredibly kind, the veterinarian and his technician provided me with a lot of information about what was going on with my pet. My dog received treatment and I received education! Win Win!

The staff has always been good but frankly the doctors that have continually turned over has been concerning however Dr Olsen is very good and genuinely cares and takes an interest in the wellbeing of her fury patients. I was planning on looking for another vet but plan on staying now. Saydee is a fan again. Keep up the good work ! Thank you.

Dr. Olsen and her amazing team provided our pet and us with so much sanity after seeing a few other vets in the Hayward area. Her office admin team are so professional and knowledgeable - its clear they work as a team and that they want to support customers too. They explained efficient billing, medications, and scheduling and intake efficiently and with great customer service. Dr. Olsen and another Vet/tech were so loving but also ready for business - our pup needed his anal glands checked and other Vets have wanted to put our dog on anesthesia just to check his ears let alone this super sensitive area. They did it in less than 5mins and took the time to be kind and cuddling our very anxious dog. I’ll definitely be coming back and continuing our pet care with Dr. Olsen. Her recommendation was a mix of medication, continued follow-up, and a genuine interest in our dog’s health. Thank you Dr. Olsen and your team!!

Very nice staff, very nice vet. Currently have a dog who needs a growth removed, and they have taken the best care of us so far. Answered all questions, so kind towards us, and we feel confident our pup is in the best hands here.
